About RedShield
Old-fashioned care.
Modern pest science.
We are a family-run pest care team from Pune. Since 1999, we have been helping people feel comfortable in their own homes again.
Since 1999

Our story
One scooter. Two spray cans. A simple promise.
In 1999, Rohan Deshmukh started RedShield from a small shop in Kothrud with one rule: tell people the truth, and leave their homes cleaner than you found them.
Twenty-five years later, not much has changed. We still call before we arrive. We still explain the work in plain words. And we still clean up every corner before we leave.
What has changed is the science. We now use low-odour, targeted products and follow strict safety checks. Our team is bigger, but our promise is the same.
“A pest problem is already stressful. Our job is to make the next step feel easy.”Rohan Deshmukh, Founder
What we believe
Four things we never rush.
Say it simply
If you would not understand it, we should not say it. No jargon, no confusing bundles.
Safety before speed
We would rather take five extra minutes than skip a safety step in your home.
Show up on time
Your day matters. We confirm the visit, call before we come and arrive in the window.
Own the outcome
If the same pest returns within 30 days, we come back. No arguments, no extra charge.
A little history
Still learning. Still local.

Good to know
Small questions. Straight answers.
Still unsure about something? Call us. We are happy to explain without any pressure to book.
Is the price fixed before you start?
Yes. We check your home first, then give you a written price with GST included. If we find extra work, we explain it and wait for your yes. We never add charges after the job.
What if the pests come back?
Call us within the follow-up period and we come back free of charge. Most services include 30 days. Termite treatment includes 12 months. We fix the cause, not just the pest you can see.
Are the medicines safe for children and pets?
We use low-odour, targeted products and follow the label instructions carefully. Keep children and pets out of the treated room for 2–4 hours. Tell us about asthma, pregnancy or pets when you book so we can choose the safest plan.
Do I need to empty my kitchen?
No. Just clear the counters, keep food covered and move utensils away from the treated area. We cover what we can and clean up before we leave. For bed bugs, we will tell you what to wash and bag before the visit.
Which parts of Pune do you cover?
We cover Kothrud, Aundh, Baner, Wakad, Hinjawadi, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Camp, Hadapsar, Katraj, Pimpri and Chinchwad. If you are just outside these areas, call us — we may still be able to come.
How do I pay?
You can pay by UPI, card or cash after the visit. We give you a GST bill and a service report every time. No advance payment is needed for normal home visits.
One free check. One clear price.
Know the price before we start.
Tell us what you have seen. We will check your home, explain the options and give you a fixed quote — all free.
